Position Overview
The Social Media and Marketing Intern will support CSS in building brand awareness and engaging audiences across digital platforms. This internship is designed for high school students interested in marketing, communications, social media, or creative storytelling. Interns will gain hands-on experience while learning professional marketing practices in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with creating engaging content for social media platforms aligned with brand voice and goals
- Help plan, schedule, and organize social media posts across platforms
- Support basic marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Assist with graphic creation using tools such as Canva or similar design platforms
- Monitor audience engagement and help track and report basic analytics and performance metrics
- Support special projects and campaigns as assigned by the marketing team
- Contribute to creative campaign development by brainstorming concepts, themes, and promotional ideas
- Assist with the creation and coordination of print media materials such as flyers, posters, brochures, and promotional signage
- Prepare and present a polished, professional presentation at the Annual Intern Breakfast

- Currently enrolled in high school or recent high school graduate

Key Responsibilities
- Support the request for proposal process including research, drafting support, and document organization

- Learn and apply professional communication and business etiquette in internal and external settings
