Position Overview
The Marketing Associate will support the strategic growth and brand positioning of CSS through content creation, campaign coordination, digital marketing, and market research. This role is ideal for a professional who is creative, analytical, and passionate about storytelling, brand development, and strategic communication. The Marketing Associate will collaborate closely with leadership to enhance visibility, generate leads, and strengthen client engagement efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns aligned with CSS strategic goals
- Create and manage content for social media, newsletters, website updates, and promotional materials
- Assist with brand messaging and positioning across multiple platforms
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Support proposal marketing efforts, including graphics, formatting, and brand consistency
- Coordinate event marketing and promotional efforts for workshops, conferences, and community engagements
- Track marketing analytics and prepare performance reports with insights and recommendations
- Maintain and update marketing calendars and content schedules
- Support special projects related to brand growth and strategic expansion as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 1–3 years of marketing or communications experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with social media management and content development
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and design platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar tools)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Creative thinker with analytical capability

Location: Hybrid role located in Jacksonville, Florida. On-site presence required for event coverage and content shoots. Some travel may be required.

The Videographer will support CSS brand storytelling by producing high-quality video content that highlights consulting insights, client engagements, leadership messages, and community initiatives. This part-time role is ideal for a creative professional who understands visual storytelling, branding, and digital engagement. The Videographer will collaborate with leadership to conceptualize, film, and edit content aligned with CSS strategic messaging.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, shoot, and edit professional video content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns
- Capture footage at events, workshops, conferences, and community engagements
- Develop short-form and long-form video content aligned with brand strategy
- Edit videos with graphics, captions, and branding elements
- Maintain video equipment and manage digital file organization
- Collaborate with marketing and leadership to storyboard and script content
- Optimize videos for various platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, website)
- Assist with photography and visual content needs as assigned
- Support special creative projects aligned with business growth initiatives
Qualifications
- Experience in videography, film production, media, or related field
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Strong understanding of lighting, audio, and composition
- Creative storytelling ability aligned with professional branding
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Portfolio of previous video work required
- Ability to work flexible hours based on event schedules
