Challenge
Custom Strategic Solutions (CSS) planned an internship breakfast to recognize the achievements of two interns, highlight the impact of the program, and create a meaningful experience for partners, supporters, and community members. The event needed to reflect CSS’s commitment to excellence while also demonstrating the level of event planning, coordination, and content development that they provides to its business clients.
Approach
CSS managed the planning and execution process. This included developing program content, creating marketing collateral, designing awards, and preparing visual materials that reinforced the purpose of the event. The team coordinated logistics such as booking the room, organizing the layout and flow, decorating the space, arranging catering, sending invitations, and finalizing the schedule. They also supported the interns through presentation preparation and provided real time problem solving on the day of the event.
