Challenge
NPower, in partnership with C. Robinson Associates, sought to evaluate the feasibility of launching new technology training program locations in Jacksonville, Florida, and Cincinnati, Ohio. The objective was to determine whether each city could effectively support training for underserved young adults (ages 18–26), military veterans, and military spouses, and to assess the potential impact of expanding NPower’s mission in these regions.
Approach
Custom Strategic Solutions developed a comprehensive strategic plan that assessed current operations, identified opportunities for expansion, and clarified priorities across the business. The planning process included reviewing service lines, evaluating client needs, outlining operational enhancements, and defining goals related to marketing, partnerships, staffing, and workflow efficiency. Recommendations were created to strengthen internal systems, improve customer experience, and guide multi year development.
Outcome
Landmark Horizon gained a clear roadmap for growth that aligned its renovation and home improvement services with long term business goals. Leadership received actionable guidance on structure, service delivery, operational improvements, and potential new opportunities. The plan supported stronger decision making and positioned the company for increased stability and expansion.
